what would you guys pick?
secondhand washburn bad dog BD75B (75watts, bulky but cheap)
or
brand new line 6 lowdown studio 110 (75watts, portable but more expensive)
just asking for advice which will be more worth the money.
I play a yamaha rbx270j btw.

Can't really say because so much depends on what you are trying to do, and your budget. The snap judgement is definitely neither.

That's like choosing between two bowls of poo....

But IMHO you'll have less cleanup with the Washburn

I've been quite happy with my Lowdown 110 for practicing. Not sure about small gigs etc.

Why would one choose between those two?

How much do you have to spend? I would go used and buy a separate head and cab. Way more options to upgrade when the time comes.

Borrowed Line 6 lowdown studio 110 a few times. Many features/possibilities, but I dislike the sound. Hard to express it in words... it lacks compactness, body, detail. A noisy thumper as far as I'm concerned.

Washburn I wouldn't know.
It all depends on what you need/like/have to spend.
