Sign in to disble this ad
Hello, i was searching for used amps on the internet and i came across a swr 350x, its price is 2-3 times less its new, what do you think?

i'm planning to use a piezo pickup with a diy preamp along with the bill lawrence p/j set, are they compatible?

I have the older Bass 350, which should be almost identical and I love it. I paid abput $375 for mine including shipping earlier this year and it's a "Pre Fender" version and in really excellent condition.

The 350 series should all have active and passive pickup inputs, so they should work with pretty much any bass. You should even be able to run the piezo/pre into the active and the mags into the passive at the same time (not 100% sure on that though).

the difference is that the x model has some effrcts onboard, the price that he is asking is 350 euros and i'll pick it up from his town, is it sounds overpriced or it's the whispering of the crabs in my pocket?
