What head is that? and speaker ..

The white speaker is an AudioKinesis Thunder Child, built by TB member DukeLeJeune. That photo is from this article. There are multiple threads about this speaker here.

The amp appears to be what it says on the front - an Ohm GA150. I know nothing of this amp or company. A quick Google search yielded this.

Apparently they have been out of the backline amp business for some time.

As far as I know, there are no pages for Duke's bass cabinets. If that's incorrect, please post links.

This is from the first TC thread. The white finish was the prototype Duke brought around before he went into production. I have the "acoustic-friendly" version mentioned in the second thread and am absolutely in love with it.
