So I'm looking for a new bass amp. I need one that can be heard with a drummer, singer, guitar. Is there any good amp I could get for around $250-400 dollars? Thx

Look for used gear, generally, a 300-500 watt head and at least a 4x10 is the "bare minimum".

For that amount, I'd go for a used bassman 400 combo with two tens. I have a 250 , and it worked great for a classic rock band with two guitars. I never needed to run a line out either. Just for added measure though, I'd look for a 400 through c/l and guitar center used section.

I think you're gonna need to save up at least another $200-300 before you're in a good range to buy something even used.

This is asked everyday on this forum. I would try the used section of the mega-stores. GC is dealing with a trade in your gear right now/promotion and they should have a good selection to look at. Bass gear is always being traded in and you will do better if you take your time(Memorial Day is only 2 weeks away) and don't grab the first rig you see......For $400-500
I'm sure you can get something to fit your needs....

The classifieds here on TB are your friend I picked up a hartke LH500 and an avatar 210 neo for right in the price range you suggested. Quite the combo, I am very pleased.
