I'm asking not telling lol..

Going to look at a used GK 410 tomorrow, the guy didn't really seem to know its age, just it was in good condition. He has a head I can try it with....other than cosmetics, what should I look for?

test all the knobs at 0, 50, 100%, eq, and everything. there could be one small thing wrong that they didnt find when they bought it from the person selling it. REMEMBER they sold it for a reason and its rarely cus they want something else.

He's buying a cab, not an amp.

Bring your own head and your own bass. Get down and listen to it with your ear near the cab...do it at low to moderate volume and see that all the speakers aren't distorting. Then turn it up to what you'd consider a reasonable playing volume and listen carefully as well, to see if anything distorts. Check to make sure it looks like all the speakers are the same...usually if something's replaced, you can tell. Make sure that if speakers have been changed, the impedance of the cab is what you expect it to be.

+1 to BurningSkies reccomendations.\\

Also, verify all 4 drivers are working! Depending on wiring configurations, its possible 1 driver could be "blown" and you still get sound from the cab.
