What to look for when matching Head and Cab

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi, i'm relativly new to how amps work and all of the technicals of it. so i'm planning on getting a tube cab along with a head because im going to start gigging within the upcoming months. So my question is, is there any specs that i need to look for when matching a head with a cab? what are the best name brands/tube amps out there right now?

With a tube head just make sure the impedence of the cab matches the head. SVT's will only do 4 or 2 ohm loads.
