| I suggest you read up on what those knobs are and how they affect your sound. Start with a crash-course in the audible frequency spectrum, learn how the octaves correlated to changes in timbre, then look up the crossover frequencies of each EQ knob on your amp, and you'll have at least a theoretical basis from which you can built your knowledge on by hands-on experimentation (playing your bass, tweaking knobs, and getting those sounds ingrained in your memory.)
It's more productive in the long run to know what your equipment does so you can make your own decisions rather than asking people to do the thinking for you. After all, only you know exactly what you want.
