What will Mesa do next?

Sign in to disble this ad
I'm coming into the market for something in a very tubey tone that can get a rich overdriven sound naturally. Looking for something different than/as a complement to my TF550b. I wondered if anyone had some speculation/ideas what Mesa will be coming out with next..I have to admit I love the walkabout tone and I may buy another WA(had one before)..but boy I would be first in line if they had a WA with more power..

Walkabout with more power? M-Pulse 600. Basically a higher powered Walkabout with two additional semi-parametric bands. I've owned the 600 and played a Walkabout pretty extensively. While they don't sound identical, they are VERY close. So close that I doubt you could tell the difference in a mix.

Lightweight, high powered tube head.

Maybe I'm just optimistic.
