What would give me more head room? Kinda a complex question.

I have a Acoustic B100 with 1x15 combo, and a Ampeg SVT-350. And a old worn out Fender 4x10.

The Ampeg has the better tone, but the Acoustic ain't to bad. Both will plug up into my 4x10 cab@ 8 ohms. Anyway the Ampeg is only 200 watts with one cab. Like I said this is one of those old Fender BXR410H and its seen better days. The horn doesn't even work anymore. LOL

Or I could use the Acoustic which allows me to combine the combos new and decent 15 but at only 100 watts split between the 4x10 and 15.

Now I know playing in my bed room is only gonna give me so much of an idea as opposed to what its gonna sound like in the clubs.

Without knowing the condition of this equipment, I would select the sVt350 with the Fender 410 cab. YOu can replace and get new speakers or trade up. Acoustic stuff might be worth trading in for something..

I like keeping the little combo around for practice and stuff. But, this cab rattles bad dude. I dunno why but the frame rattles, and makes me kinda scared to put new speakers in.
