Help me out TB brethren!! For the life of me I cannot recall the name of the accessory that can attach to a large speaker cabinet that allows it to be tilted back and transported/rolled. It has wheels at the bottom and a telescoping handle. Sorta what the Ampeg Porta cabs have built in but it was separate and you would attach it to the back with screws!

In addition, is this item still being sold?? What is the name of it?!?!

Retractable or telescoping handle? Like you see on luggage. I've seen those handles and the recessed wheels sold separately but not as one piece you just screw on.

I know it doesn't really help, but . . .

I saw someone who added wheels to his cab, in a post on this board. It was from some time back. He said he ordered replacement parts from a luggage company and attached it to the cab.

I can't remember what thread it was in.

Here:

Hardware Catalog P210

Page through this and the next few pages.

I still don't know what it's called, or whether there was a version designed especially for cabs, but it would be something similar to this.

Although, it might be better to add corner casters:

Corner Caster

and worry separately about the retractable handle.

I remember it being sold a few years ago. It was designed specifically for speaker cabs. It was an entire unit with the wheels and handle unit. Bolted on right on the back of the cab!

Geez! What was it?!? This is driving me nuts. I like those corner wheels though.

Wow! Great price! Just wondering how durable that one would be at that price point? That is very close to what I'm referring to!
