AFAIK, nothing except that at some point during the EVO II's lifespan production was moved to China.

The compressor was introduced for EVO III.

Got this response from Ashdown:

The EVO II version was a redesigned model .. The whole amp was redesigned including footswitching etc.. It is essentially
a different beast to the EVO I, although it maintains the Ashdown sound philosophy..

Don't know if that means they sound different or not though.
