| Whats this NEW Ampeg worth?

My friend Pat has an Ampeg BA210 combo that he bought from GC and they're replacing it for him since it'd cost more to repair it than the amp is worth. He didn't like the amp to begin with and is considering selling it to fund a new amp. I sorta want a small practice amp for jams when people come over. I get that its more of a 'gig' amp but I already have a gigging amp and I want something small enough to fit next to my desk.
This will be a new amp, NIB. What would be a fair price to sell it at? I don't even know if I want it, but at the very least I could help him find a fair price for it.
