I bought a used Ashdown ABM 400 bass amp that is missing some knobs. Where can I purchase these knobs?

I did contact Ashdown and they no longer carry these knobs. Thanks.

Have you tried to contact Ashdown Uk directly.
I've had good luck getting parts from them.
They have tech contact page on their site.

You could just replace them with chicken heads, that would look beasty.

I emailed them for a new VU meter last year to no avail. Not even a reply. Makes me less inclined to get another Ashdown regardless of how good they sound.

IME Ashdown are selective to what they reply to. Maybe as a small family run business they are too busy to reply to all enquiries? Not good, when you compare that to Larry Hartke's commitment to his customers.

I'm aware that EMD Music is Ashdown. I made the recommedation because I just received a replacement knob from them a few days ago that's identical to the ones you need. EMD did not charge me for the knob or for shipping.

In my search, I also contacted Ashdown in the UK and they offered replacement knobs at a very reasonable price, plus shipping.

Naturally, I chose the free offer from EMD.

Thanks SoonerMatt but those knobs are for 1/4" smooth shafts. My knobs need to accept knurled shafts.

(scroll down to part P-K349)

I picked up some of these for my ABM 900 (don't know if they're the same as the ABM 400) and they were perfect. As far as I can tell, they're the same as the originals.
