hello everyone, I just purchased a used ampeg b2re but it doesnt have the 4 rubber pegs to elevate it from the cab [probably was rack mounted] anyone know where I could get them?

I've made 4 perfectly functional *feet* for a pedalboard out of a couple of wine corks(rubber, not cork). Beyond that...

Yeah, you can fashion your own. Take some oddball screws you have laying around and see what size fits in the threads on the bottom of the amp and go from there.

Example "8/32". That's number 8 screws/bolts, 32 threads per inch. That's a pretty common size for rackmount stuff. Make sure they're just long enough but not too long, you don't want them pushing up inside the amp and breaking or shorting things in the guts of the amp, circuit boards, etc.
