Question where to get casters for my mesa 610?

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey all. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to buy some heavy duty, preferrably the same as mesa sells on their site, casters for my mesa 610 bass cab. I think I need 4" ones. I'm trying to avoid having to buy from them for well over $100. Don't know why someone would take off the stock ones and replace them with cheap ones... Not sure about the specifics on what I need so if anyone can add useful info please do. Thanks, Jim.

I don't know if they're the same ones that Mesa uses, but these are great:

Call Mesa - that's what I did when I needed new casters for my PH610... Even though my cab is over 5 years old, and I bought it used, they replaced mine under warranty - free of charge, along with one of the glide rails, and gave me the kick plate that my early model PH610 didn't have...

The caster's part # is: 359700, and according to the invoice, they cost $11.90 each... All told, they sent me $76.55 worth of parts, free of charge - for a cab I bought used... No complaints about Mesa's customer service from me...

the low budget option is buy some from a home hardware store and a board.....then you have the option to use it,not use it,or transport other gear,or even unrelated stuff on it.....

I posted a comment but it didn't take for some reason...

Wow that sounds like I should call them again. When I asked them about the casters the guy simply quoted me the price. He was really nice but didn't offer me FREE stuff. Do you know the guy's name?
Oh and FWIW I need the entire caster, top and bottom.
