I ordered an orange SP410 cabinet online and received it today. Opened the box and noticed there are two white wires coming out of the port at the bottom of the cabinet. Are these some type of ground wire or did something come unhooked in shipping? Any advice/help is greatly appreciated. I plugged in the cabinet to my terror bass 500 and everything sounds ok, I just want to make sure my money was well spent. |

Luckily Orange is located near by, so I can go and swap it out hopefully. Thus far I have had horrible luck with orange. First, I received a faulty terror bass and now this. That being said, their customer service has been wonderful and the tone out of this set up is great. Hopefully they will take care of this for me as promptly as they did last time! Mixed emotions! |

Reason I ask is I almost wonder if they just used way too much wire and you're seeing some slack hanging down. If you're seeing an end of a wire though, yeah, something isn't right at all . Either way, I'd be calling Orange at least. |

Apparently one whole side of speakers were not wired. They swapped it out for another unit and they were really cool about it. I'm back in business now and love my set up. 1980 rickenbacker 4003, orange terror bass 500, and orange sp410. Sounds great!

All is well now though. Apparently they sent a picture to their distributor in Kentucky and they were shocked. It has never happened before (supposedly). At least they took good care of me, and I must admit, the amp sounds incredible. |

I brought my SP410 and we did a comparison. Long story short, he ended up shipping his HLF back today and promptly placed an order for an SP410. He's never heard an Orange cab before (only read reviews and such) and was blown away by its power and tone. He's been in the local rock scene for 20 years too.
Chalk up another victory for Orange!
