+1 on Tuki. I've bought several from Gary & Co, great covers and great service.

Before I used road cases, I used padded slip covers. But I've heard that Tuki is really good.

LeCover and Tuki are equally good from what I hear, although I've only used Tuki.

I have been very pleased with the fit and quality of these, and they can be customized any way you like:

Timbledum - To your carboard and gaffer tape add rattle can spray paint (colors optional).

Has anybody had experience with D2F Covers? Their prices seem kinda high.

Studio Slips. Awesome, super well made covers. I have covers from them for my Avatar cabinets as well as my GK MB212 (photo)

On the cheap, but very well made, BS Protection www.bscovers.com

They also embroider the make/model of your amp on the front (which helps if you have several amps of the same size like me) and sew on handle flaps upon request. Not padded, as if that padding can really protect against anything but the most gentle of blows.

Tuki and LeCover are quite nice. I've bought most of mine from Undercover, and they are also excellent.

For custom gig bags, I prefer Mooradian.

I was going to get a Tuki cover, but there was some problem with the ordering. So I ended up getting a Studio Slips cover. A little more expensive, but knowing its going to be custom made I don't mind.

Axtman,

Since you are in Seattle, I suggest you call Tom at D2F. He worked with me to make a cover for my Berg and it came out great. Highly recommended, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to him.
