Avatar makes a 1X15. There's no mention of a tweeter in the description, and I don't see a tweeter in the picture of the cab that is on their web site.

Does the Ampeg 115he have a tweeter?....Hmmm cant think of any at this time. You can always turn the tweeter off, this is what I do on my 15's when I don't want a tweeter!

Build your own.

Orange OBC 115 doesn't have one.
I am not sure but I believe the older Mesa's didn't ether.
Both cabs are knock off of the EV TL 606 cab

Mesa makes them - the "vintage" powerhouse cabs with cloth front instead of metal grille.

They still make that cab?
Cool, I love TL 606's

The thing is you can build a TL 606 using a 3015 neo for a lot less then the Orange or Mesa cabs. It will weigh a lot less and sound a lot better.

fEARless Bassic (a Greenboy design). This 115 will out-perform any mass-produced 115 cab on the market (IMO).

You can get it loaded with an Eminence 3015, or a Faital 15PR400. The cab has no tweeter. Just the 15".

Do a Google search for fEARless Bassic, and you will find builders who build them. They are around $700 each.

I have no affiliation.

I think these folks are right around the corner from you:
http://www.seismicaudiospeakers.com/...t-p/sa-115.htm

They're in Memphis:

Yes I use their gear. Sold an SWR Henry 8x8 to get TWO Seismic 4x8's.

+2 for the S15D, and +1 on having both and preferring the S15D over the XD. I've actually thought about buying a speaker from Bag End to covert the XD to a plain ol' D.

I took alook at the Bagend sd-15 you guys were talking about, they look good and are compact type cab ,not much bigger than the driver itself , I wonder would I be looseing alot of the low end in these cabs because of there size..
Those of you that have played them chime in,how do they sound... I'am thinking about getting two cabs that way I can handle most gigs.. and also a good place to buy these cabs at a good price...
Thanks Eno

This is my #1 choice everywhere else. Lots of great reviews for this cab and the Dually.

Jeff Berlin combo. Most of the other Markbass cabs which do have tweeters can also have them completely disabled if not required.
