Build a vertical 410, put a handle on top and kick-back wheels on the bottom. Easy load-in/out and the BP102's will kick ass. You could also build two 8 ohm 210's (with 4 ohm drivers) and stack them vertically if that's an easier load-in/out.
They don't do a lot above 500Hz without extra EQ'ing but you're already aware of what they can do. Building it as a vertical 410 (a single vertical row of tens) will allow for better even dispersal of the mids because of excellent off-axis response. Resist the temptation to align them diagonally. You can thank me for it later.
I've built two 210/6 cabs with BP102's and they were damn fine cabs. I had an active crossover with separate jacks to the mids, and I've played with those cabs sans mid drivers and it kicked butt although not as much mids as I like when the BP102's were run full range.
Still, for what you are after, a vertical 410 would kill.
