I've been gigging with my 2 MB NY604 cabs for about 6 months and have been really pleased with the overall lows, tone and power I get from 8 6in speakers. This is the first time since I ran a 70's SVT 8X10 that I have used 8 drivers, and the clean lows this rig puts out is amazing. And it's still crisp and punchy in the mids.
Who else out there gigs in single or multi cab configurations with 8X6, 8X8, 8X10, or *shudders* 8x12 or 8x15 ?

Thanks - that SR5 was a real looker, but it just didn't work out for me tonally... I ended up trading it with another TBer for a Sterling 5 HS and some cash - which worked out well for both of us...

I just really like the tone and the huge headroom I get with it. And, oddly, I find it easier to take to a gig than my Avatar 156 as it rolls along on its own and I just lean it into my truck bed and slide in. I have never played a gig with stairs so that has never been an issue.
