No - you'll just overdrive it a little and if you didn't really crank it for a long time it should be OK.
How long DID you do it before you noticed?
All you're doing is really saturating the preamp with a little more voltage and such than if you had run your active bass into the padded (-15dB) side.
Pssst: it's just a resistor in most situations!
BTW: ANY stomp/effects pedal you use - is always considered an active component and it's output goes into the Active hole too.

ANY stomps are to go into the Active channel. They are like small pre-amps too and will send a fairly hot signal to the B-200. ANY amp, really.
That's what the padded input (Passive) is for - the extra voltage from a built-in amp in the bass (making it Active) or a stomp/pedal with a power supply or a 9VDC battery.

I've only left it connected for a couple minutes. This is because I noticed the amp is much louder when I plug the active bass into the passive input rather then the active input.
