Will an MB112 + MB112 II play nicely together?

So I am still searching for options on a practice amp for where I am (Germany), and in another thread, some people suggested getting the same combo as I have at home, the GK MB112.

I was looking around, hoping to find an old stock model for a little cheaper, but I have had no luck with this, I can only find the MB112 II.

What are the differences in sound between the MB112 & MB112 II?

Do you think they would sound nice together, basically giving me 2x 12"?

I was also looking for the MB110 (the 210 is too expensive), but it is nowhere to be found in Spain or Germany!!

Also, and I know this is a shot in the dark, but does anyone know where I could find a GK MB110 in Europe??

I think they would be fine together, I don't own the series I, I do own the series II, plus 2 MBP12s and it rocks! As far as I know the only difference is cometics and the ability to chain out to the MBPs.
