Will the SWR Marcus Miller sealed 4x10 sound anything like the Fridge ?

Still looking for a good cab (perfect) for my SVT-CL

Love the fridge (810E), but it's so big and heavy.
I can't try a berg NV in Montreal
How good would the sealed 4x10 MM SWR cab be ?

I use Markbass almost exclusively now. Portability, very good tone, etc.... But if I am to keep the SVT, I'd like to gig it without having to install a loading dock in my garage, LOL

You def won't go wrong with a Berg NV610/412... I couldn't try before I bought either. Still I was staggered @ the NV's clarity, punch etc... & portability.
As far as 410's to get u in the sealed 810 area, surely the Ampeg SVT410HE would be the closest.
Haven't tried the SWR sealed cabs tho-sorry.
Oh-i think the 410HE is 8 ohms, so no go with the SVT-CL.
You'd be surprised at how portable & easy the NV cabs are. Not to mention how fantastic they sound. Far easier to move than a 410

The Swr MM it sounds pretty good, but also the other golight it sounds pretty good, the MM cab have just a little cut and exciting on some middle frequencies.
I will definitely pick a Swr cab, sound much versatile and a good match with you head.
Cheers. Enrico

Good 2 hear the Go-lite cabs are hitting the mark! Good on SWR for making a sealed 410 also.

I know Berg makes amazing cabs. I bought two HS410 on recommendation only, and was 100% satisfied. But also bought HT112, and was just not for me. NV610 is on my short list, but a 55lbs 4x10 is great to move around, just wonder about the tone and if it has any of the ''fridge'' effect,

Sorry I can't really help ya there. Totally agree tho,a 55lb 410 would be great if it did. I know the HS410's are great too, & altho I like them better, my bad back & less than enthusiastic band mates, forced me to grab the AE410-which I don't like nearly as much.
What Mark Bass cabs were u using?
