Will this work.. or not!?

Sign in to disble this ad
I have two heads and two 8ohm cabs and a sansamp bass driver.

I want to run each head into each cab at the same time. So orange ad200b into 4x10 and Fender TB-600 into 1x15.

I was looking at my sansamp the other day and was thinking if it would be possible to split my signal from my bass to each amp through the sansamp as it has an output and parallel output. or would it create a bad sound if i did that?

The parallel out will be a dry signal but, yes this will work. Whether or not it will sound good is a separate question.

Yeah I just wasn't sure if it let a signal go through both outputs at the same time. I test it out at next rehearsals. cheers.

Why not just use a Y adapter from the output to both heads? Unless the sansamp has a very poorly designed output stage, it should be able to drive them both in parallel without any problem. Then you get the exact same signal to both.
