WTB Mesa Big Block Titan v12 Rack Mount Amp

Sign in to disble this ad
Wanted Mesa Bib Block Titan v12 rack mount amp. Also looking for a Powerhouse 1200 bottom. Prefer to pay with PayPal or trade a pristine Ampeg SVT Classic head with like-new heavy duty ATA live in road case (the case is constructed of 1/2' plywood, recessed hardware, 2 space drawer and 6 additional rack spaces (cost over $750 new)).

Thumbs down Stick with what you got

I have had nothing but problems with my Titan V12. The first show I played it at it fizzled out and I had to take it back to Mesa, but that's not the annoying part of it. The amp won't stop clipping even at low volumes. There are others who complain about this same problem on the Mesa forums. I've taken it to Mesa 3 times for the clipping and each time they updated parts but have yet to fix the problem at hand. You are better off with the svt classic. If I could go back with knowing what I know now I would stay away from the Mesa plus the distortion sucks on it. It's more like 70's fuzz. You're better off getting a sans amp, or a boss distortion pedal. The Titan big block v12 is a huge disappointment. Hope this helps you
