What kind of a cabinet/speakers would a Vintage Yamaha B100 be able to push

It's probably rated for a 4 ohm minimum load (and is probably marked on the back)...beyond that, since it's a 100 watt amp, you'd want a efficient cabinet.

From that era, the matching cabinet would have been a 2x15.

Would probably sound great into an Ampeg 8x10!!!!

Is that the amp with the chassis on the bottom (like a Marshall guitar head)?

I am running it into a Peavey 1x15 can I run it into a 6x10 or a 8x10 along with the 1x15 or just get a different head

Depends... What is the impedance of the Peavey 1x15? 4 ohms or 8 ohms? Same question about the 6x10 or 8x10...

I suspect that the minimum rated impedance for the Yamaha is 4 ohms. That means that you can run only one 4 ohm cabinet or two 8 ohm cabinets from it.

And, keep in mind that 100 watts only goes so far...although I suspect that it's a pretty stout 100 watts seeing that the amp is from the '70s (when the rules about power ratings were a lot more strict than they are today).
