In your opinion, what's the best combo amp between 100 and 150 watts?

In your opinion, what's the best solid state, combo bass amp, between 100 and 150 watts? Any brands you recommend? Orange, Messa Engineering, Gallien-Krueger?

I play slap/funk, i’m not that tight on money and im looking for quality.

I'm using Ampeg BA115 and love it. It is a USA made but you can get some new ones made in China with a great relation quality/price.
