That orange finish is going to look sweet once cleared!

If not, Keith is going to have install another volume knob just for the paint job. Wow!

The back REALLY looks stunning with the dark stain in the Ash wood grain with the orange over it. This would be a great color scheme with the satin finish on a Century Standard...maybe have a Rosewood fingerboard to accent the dark stain as well.

Gard,

I’ll send you some pictures once the TPB photo squad snaps a few shoots of this thing. That way you can use it as your background!

I saw this body and the fingerboard that is going with it in person on Monday. This bass is awesome, the flamed maple just pops out from the orange finish. With a figured Birdseye fingerboard between the matching body and headstock, wow! When this one hits the sales floor, it is not going to last long because is looks that cool! A big piece of orange eye candy!

One day I’ll make Gard fly me up there so I can’t check the place out! You are a lucky man living in Roscoe country!

I can't wait to see this thing!

Body shots, front (the color of the back is more accurate in these photos, but this one really showed off the flame well, so I used it...) & back:

This bass came out stunning!!! I imagine this is going to be a very sweet Christmas present for some lucky bassist, because I do not think it is going to last very long at TPB.

It looks more red in the pictures that do that finish no justice, this is one you have to see in person because the orange is HOT!

Just wow. As awesome as it looks in the pics, I can only imagine seeing it in person. I LOVE the fingerboard, and the finish.
