Is this heading to North Dakota? If not, it soon may be.

Boom! Come to daddy!

It's heading all the way to Nottingham, UK, about 5 miles from the famous Sherwood Forest. It will sit proudly alongside #6130 to make the last pair of basses (1 Fretted, 1 Fretless) I'll ever need (until GAS takes over ).

Very excited.

Yeah, can't wait... Going to be fun integrating the new tone into my live set up. Means hours and hours of playing needs to be done... Oh what a shame

I am indeed 'pumped' my good fellow

seems a good place to ask the question as we can see this stunning oil finish forming above.

As this is oil finished, as is my recently squires Signature (6130), what steps should be taken for after are of the finished. Wax finishes get re-waxed, gloss gets varnished - what's the correct way to spruce up an oil finish?

Technically, it's not an oil finish, it's an oil/poly blend, and as such is pretty durable. Basically, keep it clean (soft all-cotton cloth, I use an old t-shirt), is all you need to worry about. If it starts to wear through, let us know and we can either provide you with the correct material to deal with it, or can direct you to where you can find it (it's actually fairly easy to come by).
