Judgement #1 Roscoe makes the worlds finest Basses. You cannot disagree with this judgement at any time while visiting the Billie-Ray Show. Violators will be sent to Billie's house where you will be forced to hand over all your Roscoes. And Instead of drinking Bud Light you must chug "the good stuff" while Billie points and Laughs and all the while referring to his grandmothers ability to hold more "good stuff" than you can.
Once you hurl at least a dozen times at Billie's house you will be promptly sent to my area of the backwoods, where the locals are proficient at makin' ya "Squeal like a Pig".
After that's complete we'll go back to my homeland where you'll be forced into the largest sports bar in Dallas wearing nothing but New Orleans Saints attire. You'll be forced to chant "WHO DAT! The Cowboys Suck!" repeatedly until "Big Tex" has his fun with you. 
I submit this as Billie-Ray Judgement #1 Will you second Bill?
