Instead, here's a picture book of how the bodies are made, somewhat out of order, as I just started taking these today.
Here's Tony, routing pickups in a body that is finished going through the shaping process (it's done becoming a bass body when he finishes this process).
First two shots, Tony lining a body up on the template, then setting the height of the pin router to the correct depth for the final plunge of the router:

(...well, Zon's are nice too, I had one myself up until a few months ago...although YOUR Zon looks MUCH better than the one in the ad! ) |

Good to have you here man! How's the bus-in-the-sky biz goin'??? There's another TBer that you should look up, bmc, he's a major propellerhead from Zurich, Switzerland, not a pilot, but in the management side of the business, and he sends the COOLEST aviation photos & vids to his mailing list!
Good idea on the finishing thing, I'll try to show that as best I can, however, cameras and flying polyester are a tough mix, so actual "in progress" shots of Keith spraying are gonna be difficult if not impossible.
We have a new batch of bodies that will be ready to go into the spray booth tomorrow, I will pick one out and follow it through the steps! |

Flying business is doing great! Hard no non-rev. Seats are full!
Looking forward to flying the new 787! Supposed to be the same rating as the 777 so we will be able to fly both models.
Loving the LG3006!!! The process photos are so interesting. Can't get enough! I was in GSO last week but didn't have time to stop by. Will be back that way in a few weeks.
Jerry
