How did you get Gard to give you an abalone 12th fret marker? Everytime I order one I get a mother of pearl!
Oh well... How does that Rolling Stones song go? |

I have a bass with Big Singles and OBP3 and it's killer. I've been tempted to pull my DC6's and replace them with the Splits to avoid the 60 cycle hum of the Singles.

Carey did only the pup covers and the pickups. The knobs came from Roger @ THGknobs.com. Both do a great job but I'd just love the work of Carey the most. After Carey was finished setting it up, it has less that 2/32nds (string height from the 24th fret) at the B and less than 1/16th at the "C". The lowest action I've ever seen with no buzz whatsoever! This bass practically plays itself! |

Man that is sharp lookin.
I have the 3006 also and really love the feel of it. Mine has the Audere with barts.
I bet the Nords sound great. I have thought about the getting some to replace the barts but I dont know how it would sound with the Audere.
Anyone with any experience on this setup.

Man I hear that the Nord/audere setup is the way to go. And after hearing that setup just a few days ago I'd have to agree . Nevertheless, the nord/aggie is no where near anything to wink at either. Both are nice but different from one another |

You guys should definitely come up to our NC G2G at Roscoe's place. We're just up the street from you and we need more SICK Roscoes to display.

Somebody, please advise! | yes Carey @ Nordy. His pimped out 3 of my basses now and they all were done very professionally. More importantly is that there wasn't a scratch on them when he returned them | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
