Century Signature IV ?

Hello, Roscoe fans
I'll probably buy a Roscoe in a couple of month.
I would like to have a Century Signature 4 strings.
So, I enquire about this model.
Thanks to TB and the Roscoe forum, I can find a lot of technical infos !
But I can't find a lot of pics to help me to choose the woods.
Have you pics of your Century Signature IV to show us ?

I can't help much on the visual aspect of all the available woods.

I chose the wood for my bass purely for tonal goals.
I have an all-maple (solidbody) Century Signature IV in the works.
I like it bright.

First, what tone are you after?

The only pics of Cent. Sig IV I could find:

I think you'll like it very much. I have an ash/walnut/wenge/ebony Sig VI that I love....and as far as looks, Keith stocks some REALLY pretty woods.

Good solid advice, decide what type of tone you are going for then look at the different wood combinations that will achieve that tone.

I really dig that Cherryburst!

I think alder body and mapple top will provide the good sound for my taste, very balanced, not too bright or too warm.
But what's about cedar ? A good choice, isn't it ? Walnut ?
I've tested some Roscoe with different woods, and i think it's very dificult to choose !
All of this bass have made me crazy ! ( Barto CB / Barto )
What a great confort and expression ! It's like my brain is pluged directly in the amp !
So I've decided to have one !
