Don't know where I've been all this time...

...but I think I've seen the light. Over the last two weeks I've purchased two Roscoe basses. My first two ever.

1. SKB-3005 Madrone/Cedar.
This guy which has been around TB a few times now I believe.

2. LG-3005 Serial number #5497 Redwood/Ash

I think I'm in love. Does that make me a Roscoehead?

How long does the honeymoon last?

Welcome, to Fantasy Island (Roscoe Land). I think the three of you should get a room.

Fantastic choices, both of them. That SKB is amazing though - fantastic combination of woods sonically and visually.

Thanks. I love them both. I actually really like how the body shape of the LG feels. The bass is very light.

Gard, what type of tone to you describe of the Redwood/Ash combo?

Plenty of love Bro! I've just been too busy working out the details of the covert operation to obtain both of 'em! Right this moment LilRay's scoping out your house from the rental house across the street from you.

Beautiful looking Roscoe's!

Thanks. I love them both. Everybody drools over the Madrone/Cedar SKB but I quite like the intense flamed Redwood on the LG. Anybody else?

I prefer the Flamed Redwood LG too. I have a thing for redwood, and your pictures make it look just, yummy.

Best,
Justin

DON'T use my real name. We's using code names 'member? I've obtained coordinates on Scuba's Roscoes "Captain Kangaroo". Will upload images shortly.

"Baby Huey" over and out!

Great looking Roscoes Scuba! I like the flamed Redwood as well.

God Bless, Ray

That redwood is sick. One of my favorite woods (I have two myself).
