Family pics, Roscoe style

I know you guys saw the other thread, but I wanted to post a few pics of the whole family.

Ok, technically not the whole family, but really this is all that's going to gig anymore.

I'll post a link to the entire gallery at the bottom. Feel free to use any photos you'd like, but please don't cut out my watermark, and give me credit where it's appropriate.

First up is the brand spankin' new SKB Standard Plus 5J (with mods). This thing is just sick...Burled redwood on mahogany, bird's eye maple....

This hot little honey is my LG3005 fretless. I ordered the jazz to match this one - interestingly (or not) the top wood on the jazz was choice #2 for this one) Burled redwood on maple/wenge/maple/mahogany, diamondwood fingerboard. The fretlines were made with the dust from the redwood top mixed in....

and finally, the one that started it all. My loved LG3006. Quilted/spalted maple on ash. Pau Ferro board. Yes, this 6 string can kick your a$$....

The whole fam:

and finally, a link to the whole set of photos (tons more) on flickr:

Roscoe Love - a set on Flickr

Basses are beautiful, wouldn't make the top 10

So sweet!

I really like the look of that new Standard plus JJ! Killer fingerboard wood and it goes so nicely with the top!

You're getting warmer.... (Joe's pretending he doesn't see the elephant in the room. He's reverted back to a child like innocence much akin to his grandson Grant when he sees a birthday present.... If he says something, it might go away, never to return. But if he stands still, even as he twiddles his thumbs, it might just stay.)

God Bless, Ray
