Of all the Roscoe's owned by TB'ers, Which is your favorite bass (other than your own hopefully!!)? My personal favorite Roscoe on the boards is DrMWP's killer SKB3006. Love those dark woods!
Its hard to choose though, there are so many nice ones out there, which one would be your fave? |

(In other words, my bass with bird's eye maple diamondwood pickup covers! )

Its hard to choose though, there are so many nice ones out there, which one would be your fave? | It would definitely be yours, standard spacing and ramp included! There are many close seconds, but knowing what will be in my hands next week, there is nothing more suitable to accompany my fretted SKB than a nice fretless 6. |

There are some killer ones in the screen savers. I can hardly get any work done with that screen saver. I just sit and drooooooooooooooool.

Z | Oh yeah, I'd ditch the ramp too, never "got it" about those.
Otherwise, I honestly believe Wolf's is prettier than mine, but my bass is still a "cold dead fingers" possession.

Actually Gard, I was surprised how different yours and mine felt and sounded, spacing notwithstanding. I'm not sure if its partly because your wenge seemed denser, or because your bubinga top is thicker, but yours had more denseness and muscle to it than mine. It just goes to show, that no two pieces are ever alike, even when you try. I'm all good though, I love mine. keep your dang hands off it!
Ramp shmamp! I just keep it on there cuz the chicks dig it ha ha
I have to give a +1 on diegos 6, that red coloration on the top is killer! |

Other than the ones that have already been mentioned (including Doc Mark's), and not including any that are currently up for sale, I really dig these. I think that just about all of them went to fellow TBers... |

When I get another one, it will be a flame maple blue burst with a birds eye maple Diamond wood fretless neck with stainless markers, a spanish cedar top with Nordies on top of a bart pre. The pre I am still debating on.
I just love the look of the blue burst. The pics on blueberry hill of it are just killer.

Do you remember the bass Gard, it looked almost looked like the bass was bleeding, I believe it was a fretless.
If we were doing best feeling and playing bass, I would have to go with Gard's fretless, the neck on that bass plays unreal! |
