Head's up, 'heads!

....well....the last time this happened, it was 2008.

We have "held the line" on pricing for FIVE years now, but constantly increasing costs for oh...EVERYTHING...has finally put us to the point where we have no choice in the matter....

...prices are going up.

How much? Well, we're still "sharpening our pencils" here in Roscoe World Headquarters, but it will be "noticeable" but we are doing all we can to keep it from being "painful", while still allowing us to have some kind of living left after we pay the bills.

Also, the pricing structure will be changing - all three models (Standard/Standard Plus, Custom, Signature) will be going to the way of pricing that the Standard/Standard Plus basses have been done.

As of right now, we plan on having everything figured out and ready to share with our retailers by the end of this week. Once we do, that information will be ready to share with everyone, so, probably next Monday, we'll be letting everyone know...

...if all goes according to plan, the new pricing will become effective at midnight 1 April, 2013.

Thanks for the heads up, eh. So that means any orders placed up to March 31 will use the old pricing structure, even following the announcement?

Exactly, if you order it before the increase, it's at the present pricing structure. Afterward, it will have to be at the new pricing.

Nope, one can hardly blame them! It might even cause a small bump in sales from dealers looking to get stock at the old prices, or making up the mind of some fence sitters

Certainly not Roscoe's fault. We can blame this wonderful world economy!

Of course you can still purchase 2-3 Roscoe's for the price of one F****a.

As soon as you pry my cold dead fingers....!

Naw, Hoppah and I are Peas & Carrots - I was just messin'.

Dude, as a business owner I COMPLETELY understand raising the costs. I did the same for our labor rates on all employees - tree climbers, ground crew, etc..., our costs keep going up an up. Roscoe Guitars are the real deal and American quality like that is worth the price.

You know, Gard, I don't own a LG currently so maybe I should order one and soon.....
