Are you micing the cabinet or going through a DI? Sounds awesome!

Thanks, guys! That's me going through a fairly ridiculous pedal board into an Alembix F-1X preamp and then into the mixing board. This track was taken straight off the board into a Boss digital recorder of some flavor...

If you're itching for more, there are a few longer clips from this same show in this thread over in my forum (3-4 posts from the bottom of the page):
My Future Roscoe

Not to toot my own horn, but the Roscoe sure does sound nice...

Finally!!!

Hi Roscoe Family,

After hearing all your commentaries which were very valuable, I took the decision to trust in Nords Big Singles (custom 19mm) and Aguilar OBP-3, plus a selection of wood that could reproduce the firmness of the tone of a jazz bass in 6 strings ... I believe that I achieved my target; A sound type Jazz bass on steroids in a Roscoe 6 strings... This bass sounds Monster!!!

Here I leave the photos them with the final result.

Blessings,

Tommy

Thanks Greg... below two links were you can hear this bass in action... The first is the owner...a great Bass Player from Colombia... and the second Oscar Stagnaro, Bass Profesor at Berkkle and bass player from Paquito DīRivera.
