Did notice the SKB and LG Alien inspired basses. One word "Sweet". Looks like Keith is doing it again. I guess the probing from his last Alien abduction lit Keith's hemorrhoids on fire because he is just kicked butt on a new frontier! Just have to call Keith the "Henry Ford" of the bass world, making boutique basses available for everyone.
I still think Keith has it in him to build a $1200 Fender Slayer. Fender style body with the Roscoe headstock. I'm just saying.
Well, it is back to the grind, later.

BEOTCHES!!! | Como Estas El Presidente!
I too would like to see a Roscoe Fender Slayer, so add a +1 to that one.
Gotta give Gard a little credit too. I mean I'm sure he's been real busy ordering beer and Doritos up for himself.
The Standard/Standard Plus line is an excellent idea and here's to it being an amazing sucess.
God Bless, Ray

So, my band was feature band at a club last night so there were a couple bands before us that got 30 minutes to showcase themselves before we closed the night with two hours of music. So were are playing then from who knows where, some guy comes up onstage with a Saxophone and proceeds to start playing. Well, I don't really want to say he was playing because the noise that was coming out was anything but musical. Then he starts singing into our lead guitarist's microphone. I thought our guitarist was going to go ballistic on this dude. Just another one of those bizarre gig moments.
Here is our sampler CD, it is like 8mb so it may take a little to open. Our singer had a bad cold the night we recorded but could still rock it.
Check this dude out on the right hand side, he is the erroneous sax hacker.

Reminds me of the ol' Lone Star State. Used to see Billy Gibbons at the Yello Belly Drag Strip in Grand Prarie all the time, which was on my way home from school.
Nice variety of tunes.
God Bless, Ray

Cool Clint! That's a decent sounding live mix. The singer does have a strong voice.
...the sax player looks quite at home on stage. At least he looks the part! |
