A 1957 Roscoe Century Standard 6*, the very first "modern" 6 string bass ever constructed!!! It's been used from day one by Zoot "Boogie" Beeblebrox of the unknown but fantastically talented band Zoot Boogie...here it is in all of its beat to Boston and back again glory: (*Yeah, so it's not really from 1957, but y'all will get over it... )

I gigged that bass all over Europe and South Asia. |

And uh Zoot "Boogie" Beeblebrox was the Baddest Mofo evah to get down with Cab Calloway. Zoot was Minnie the Moocher's first ol' man.
Zoot invented both Scat and Jive, but he got no credit or recognition.
Zoot's the real deal, all the others were posers.
God Bless, Ray

The maple on the back of the neck is too bright too, needs to sit in the sun for a few weeks. |

I'd like to see the fretless twin to this one. Maybe with the J pickups. Yea that sounds good. Quote:

Don't like.
And for the record, I'm not a relic-hater. But on a "modern" bass, it just doesn't work for me. Of course, this is just my personal opinion (which, btw, is always correct )

Can you provide proof of your claim that will stand up to litigation????

You ban me and I'll claim discrimination based on disability and call down the thunder on TB. Ask Greg about those ADA Cats. They're some bad mofos. I'll have them require complete restructuring of TB under the guise of "accessability"
Wait till I see you off duty Buddy!
I'll.......I'll.......I'll.......I'll....... NEVERMIND!!!!!!!
You may win the war but you'd better prepare for a messy fight.

Thanks for the laugh, Ray, seriously. After the day I had (sitting at a steel plant, waiting 8 hours to get loaded), I honestly needed a little humor right about now.

She's frosting a cake
With a paper knife
All what we got here's
American made
It's a little bit cheesey,
But it's nicely displayed
Well we don't get excited when it
Crumbles 'n' breaks
We just get on the phone
And call up some Flakes
They rush on over
'N' wreck it some more
'N' we are so dumb
They're linin' up at our door
Well, the toilet went crazy
Yersterday afternoon
The plumber he says
"Never flush a tampoon!"
This great information
Cost me half a week's pay
And the toilet blew up
Later on the next day-ay-eee-ay
Blew up the next day
WOO-OOO

Trust me on this one! I've seen Gard misuse the power and I'm sure if you push Ryan far enough he will too!  | Well then, I guess I'll hafta use one of my favorite movie lines here (slightly edited o' course  );
All right, I'm leaving out . Any man I see out there, I'm gonna cuss him. Any sumbitch talks false trash about me, I'm not only gonna him, but I'm gonna his wife, all his friends, and burn his damn house down.
Truth be told I doubt anything can be said about me that would be considered wild or unbelieveable, given my track record.
God Bless, Ray
