Middle Georgia TB GTG

OK, it's official. We'll be having the Middle Georgia TB GTG on Saturday April 16th.

It's going to be held in the same venue as last year, First Assembly Church Warner Robins GA (Dennis [bassWR] was able to reserve the youth facility again!)
and the hours will be 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM.

Dennis and I will be providing the food (Georgia Bob's BBQ) and refreshments so bring only your basses, amps and related toys!

Start making your plans to attend and we'll post directions soon.

Just as last years event, it'll be primarily a Roscoe GTG but of course we'll welcome ALL TB'ers.

Just RSVP with a PM so we can get a head count.

Here's the directions from I-75:

From I-75, take Exit 146 (Warner Robins/Centerville). At the end of the ramp go east (toward Warner Robins) and First Assembly chruch will be a a few miles down the road on the left. You'll have top go down to the traffic light and make a U-turn and come back up to the church, due to a median in the road.

The GTG will be held in the smaller building at the church. When you turn into the parking lot, park in front of the smaller building (to the right of the main sancturary) and go through the doors in the front of the building.

Here's the address for TB'ers with GPS:

FIRST ASSEMBLY OF GOD
6040 WATSON BOULEVARD
WARNER ROBINS, GA 31093

Ooooh - I've cleared it with wife #1 (my actual wife). I'll check with wife #2 (Danny) tomorrow. And then I'll do my best to drag wife #3 (Gard) along with me...

How exciting!

Very cool.

Maybe I'll be convinced to order a Century 6 Signature later this year...

Thumbs up

Awesome Greg! We'll be keeping out fingers crossed until you cleared it with Danny. And definitely grab Gard (and Clint) on your way in!

Mark,
Great to hear that you'll make it again this year! I've got a new Roscoe Signature 3006 that'll push you over the edge (i.e. force you to order that new Roscoe 3006). Look forward to seeing you there!

Jerry,
I suspect that a few of us would go as far as to take up a collection to fly you hear just so we could meet you (and of course steal a few of your chops). We'd love to have you and could certainly put you up.

Sounds like fun, really wish I could make it too.

I'm sure there will be plenty of good ol' fashioned southern hospitality, ta boot!

Good luck with all the preparations and get lots a pics and musical musings on tape for TB'ers

...Joe, as you know, I'm there, but after the above statements, I may not be speaking with Greg.

Well, we DID take up a collection to do something special last year, I don't see a reason we can't do something similar here...and getting Jerry to this would be quite the fun thing...

...I'm about 60% serious here...

I'm in like Flint Baby!

Greg, Whose wedding ring is closer to your heart, your wifes or Danny's?

Mark, Lookin' forward to seein' ya again brother!

Jerry, I got enough dough to buy you a bike from Goodwill that the chain slips on. If I get it to ya, you'll have to start peddling now, unless you can show some leg and hitch.

Pete, Same offer to you brother!

Gard, You and Greg kiss and make up, otherwise we'll be forced to put you two in opposite corners WITHOUT lunch AND I will procede to defile both your Roscoes with horrendous versions of HOOGIE BOOGIE LAND!

God Bless, Ray

I actually priced airfares this morning. Delta is one greedy rat bastage of a company. Still mulling over possibilities, though. I don't give up easy. The thought of hanging with alla' youse....just damn.

Serious business!

Let us know what we can do to help make it happen Jerry. We can be quite accommodating!
