More Roscoe Clips?

Anyone got any clips of mahogany bodied /cedar bodied/ maple fretboard roscoes they'd care to post?

Esp the SKB3006

Cheers,

Cairo

I was wondering if there were any clips available of the maple fretboard roscoes without backing tracks?

I'll do one in a day or two. My strings are very old though. What kind of stuff do you want to hear?

Clips

Hi

That's very kind of you to offer to post some clips.

I'm keen to hear how the maple/ mahogany combo works on chordal and bebop lines and a bit of walking. Also on bridge and neck pups in different combos.

(You mentioned in a pm that it can sound a bit like a maple f/board strat. Interesting!)

Don't worry if you haven't got the time but if you do it would be good to hear. It's tricky finding roscoes to demo...and I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on the right SKB 3006 but it's the wood combos that are making decisions difficult.

Best,

C

Forgot to mention it would be good to hear solo bass with no backing if possible...

I'll try to get to it in the next few days. I'm down to the last finishing touches on my next instructional book but if I can get it finished tonight I could do some clips tomorrow.
