New Century Signature VI: XXXX

So I just "pulled the trigger" on a pretty sweet CSVI:

Ash Body
Killer Koa Top
Maple and cherry laminates
Wenge Wedge Neck w/ diamond wood nut
Birdseye Board w/ koa 12th fret
Nordstrand DC's in birdseye shells and a series/parallel/sc sw
Audere pre
Black HW

I'm pretty stoked, many thanks to that one guy, what's his name...Bard, oh yeah Gard! I appreciate all of the help! I'll be sure and post pics along the way.

Now the wait begins...

Aside from the flame in the Koa, I REALLY() dig the contrasting shades of dark to light wood running through it, so I guess I'd say you guys over there at Roscoe have some ok wood.

Holy wow! Congratulations in advance. I can't wait to hear your thoughts on the sound of this beast, and I'll have my bib at the ready to collect the drool when I look at the finished pics.

Congrats Cliff! Nice specs on that one. How long is the waiting period for a CSVI?

I was told 6-9 months but maybe the Gardfather can narrow that margin down?

So while Gard may not be able to suggest a Roscoe dealer....I CAN! I can't say enough about the staff at Bass Emporium, good people and great service.

That's been my experience with all Roscoe dealers. Keith and Gard get incredibly lucky or do a fantastic job screening retailers that carry their basses.

IMO that's good, smart business.

BTW- You have a gorgeous bass in the works! That wedge neck will set it off nicely.

Great looking knobs Cliff! I've had some made my THD and they do a great job too.

Not bad looking scrap wood either!

I suspect that they saved the best part for the bass!

Thumbs up

Those look great Cliff.

Any word on when the bass will be finished? I know that you're getting pumped!

You won't be disappointed. Roscoe is currently producing the best basses I've that I've ever seen or played.
