funny thing is, i was originally attracted to roscoe because they are so amazingly comfortable. so much gratitude is owed to all of you who let me play your basses over the last couple years. you helped me make a great decision.

Congrats! I bought my first Roscoe over 20 years ago. And I'm still gushing!

Yes, it's OK.

However, you have to buy the beers at M'Coul's next time.

Thumbs up

Very cool yeti! And it appears you got a very cool actual Keith B. Roscoe signature on the back of the headstock!

Crazy nice looking finish in the natural lighting! I love the grain pattern!

Now that I own 2, I will gush some more. I don't know which one to play. I just had the fretless for a few weeks while the fretted was being built. LOVE the fretless. Didn't think I'd play the fretted. Fretted arrives. LOVE the fretted. Now what do I do? I can't decide which to bring to a gig. Both "work" on any gig really - especially at church.

Everyone loves the sound of the fretless - especially this one. Not so much some others I've had. The mahogany body (and JB pups) must have something to do with it as it sounds a little more full or has a little more bottom end than the ash/CB bass. Both are fantastic.

Now, of course, after having/playing/hearing both for a while I think hmm, if I had a fretted with more of my fretless sound (mahogany body with JB placement perhaps) that would be a great sounding contrast to my current ash/CB fretted and compliment to my current fretless. Then, a fretless with an ash body and CB pups for a contrast to my current fretless and compliment to my current fretted.

It's a disease!!!!!
