The bass looks fantastic, and at the risk of sounding a bit too metro, I dig the hat too. Since I started shaving my head I've been looking for the right hat...finding one of those is much harder than finding the right Roscoe, apparently.

From one that shaves his bean to another, finding a hat to compliment the clean look is futile. At best, wear a beanie when it's cold, otherwise just let the let illuminate the brilliance of the bean. |

It sounded like a job for a Roscoe, photographed in action thusly...
Said sax and reeds guy, Didier Malherbe (on the right), was one of the founding members of the 70's prog rock group "Gong". He now plays with the ethnic-jazz ensemble "Hadouk Trio". In the photo he's playing a doudouk, an armenian reed flute. He also played the Lao mouth organ, the khaen.
World music isn't really my bag but it was a fun night. |
