Pickup Location Options?

I've got my fingers crossed on this one, but does Roscoe offer custom pickup locations?

+I'm interested in a Century V. But, although I have never played a Roscoe, I know I don't like the sound of both pickups closer to the bridge. I've had Sadowskys 24-5s, and Smiths, and one of the only reasons I didn't like them was because the pickup locations. I really would like to have an approximated Jazz-bass pickup location, specially in the neck pickup. . . I know the 24-frets don't leave much room if the neck pickup is too close, but I'm okay with that.

I was wondering if that is an option. . .

The reason I'm looking at Roscoe is because I want a high-end version of my Yamaha TRB 1005, which is 24-fret, 35"-scale, and has narrow string spacing (although I know Roscoe has 18-mm string spacing - which I like even better), so I'm thinking a Century could be a polished version of a TRB, plus I will get much better electronics, a thinner neck, and lighter weight, etc., etc.

+Two more questions:

-Is there a difference in feel between the flat body instead of the carved body on the Signature model? Or does it only serve an aesthetic purpose?

Thanks.

I kept digging in the forums and found this thread:

My Two Roscoe's

So I guess it is possible!

Is 34"-scale an option too?

Yes and yes.

However, both are upcharge options, contact me via PM or e-mail for details.

I own the two from the other thread. Whatever the upcharge, do it. I love those basses and they are currently building me another.
