PSA: change your Roscoe's 9v batteries regularly At rehearsal last night, my LG3000 sounded uncharacteristically distorted through my MarkBass amp, a keyboard amp, and another practice amp. Drove me nuts, until I remembered that I left it plugged in between sessions last weekend. 2 new 9v batteries and it sounds like a Roscoe again. So here's the PSA: change your Roscoe's 9v batteries regularly, and don't leave the patch plugged into it between sessions. Probably a "well... duh, you numbskull" reaction from most of you, but, well, there it is. |
Duh. :D:D:D |

Dangit! Now I have to clean coffee off the monitor. :D |
The Roscoe forum always delivers. I know enough not to drink coffee while reading anything more than pics and specs from basses now :D |
Not only do we deliver great bass guitars, but great comedy as well! :D |
