Joel, according to the tracking info, she'll be here Monday.

I did play her a bit, and she's pretty snarly even with the Barts, with the Nordies, she's be REAL snarly!

...I'm getting an impression...

...I see a brown truck, a big brown truck...pulling up in front of Joel's house....a guy in a brown uniform gets out carrying a large tan box....he is walking toward Joel's front door....

Gard!!!!!!!!!

Have you ever been kissed by a man??

I really thought that I was prepared to calmly evaluate this bass, but I just can't.

I am a perfectionist. I demand greatness from myself and expect it from others. In other words, my expectations are VERY high.

I have come to expect to be dissapointed when my imagination meets reality. NOT THIS TIME!!

Everything about this bass FAR exceeds my highest expectations. I am truly overwhelmed. I literally am numbed by this instrument.

Thank you Keith and Gard.

There were some things that I thought I would have liked to have done to this bass after I placed the order, and when it arrived, to my amazement, there they were, in the flesh,err... wood.

I will post some pics in a little while, I am just to excited to take them right now.

By the way I made my wife go to the door for the UPS driver. I was afraid he would leave with the wrong impression if I french kissed him. I live a little too close to San Francisco for that.

...it appears my concerns were valid, but that Joel was able to avert disaster...
