As Bill points out, we no longer offer the Audere preamp, and we have to custom order the Nordstrand pickups as we don't stock them.
Typically, this is a "no magic" thing, anyone with basic soldering skills can do most of the necessary work to replace pickups or a preamp - the only tricky part of this combination is that the Audere has an additional switch for the Z-mode function, and that must be drilled CAREFULLY. However, even with that, any competent repair man can do the job.
Oh, and depending on the model of bass, the Nordstrand Dual Coils may not work (i.e. LG with slanted pickups). However, Nordstrand can custom make a set of pickups for all of our basses - just the LG models with slanted pickups cannot be Dual Coils.
