Roscoe ad in the new Bass Player Magazine

What is THAT - is that an SKB3006 where the top is the same as a fretless fingerboard? Is that real? Would love to see a pic of the whole thing - it gives the impression of a continuous piece of wood!!

To quote Westly, "As you wish.":

This the bass in the ad, courtesy of Bunny Bass (who will be missed ). The top is Boxelder Burl, the fingerboard is unlined fretless Bird's Eye Maple Diamondwood, very close in color, but certainly not the same woods!

Thanks, Gard - there's another one for the "drool" pile. I'll put it right next to the redwood top with the maple fretted one (unlined diamondwood fretless...where the hell's the lottery fairy????)

Question

Is this a Roscoe sponsered ad?

I didn't think that I'd ever see another Roscoe ad in BP (other than the retail stores that advertise). I finally canceled my subscription to BP after subscriping since day one. Just more interesting and relative stuff on the WWW now days.

Yup, we're now back in the pages of BP, new ad will show for the January issue (just submitted it Tuesday!), and even another for the Feburary issue!
